Solving a problem
FinPal was born out of the lack of business intelligence offered in other financial planning software.
Three years ago our financial planning business decided to implement a continual cycle of efficiency and quality improvement. The first step in the process was measuring our existing performance. However, this turned out to be a very time-consuming, manual exercise.
After reviewing existing financial planning software offerings, we discovered significant limitations in the capabilities of their CRM systems and a failure to provide any real business management benefits
So we decided to build our own solution, with full integration of all business data, as well as the analytics and management tools needed to measure and improve the efficiency and quality with which advice could be delivered.
Field tested & ready
We have been actively using FinPal in our own financial advice business for the past 3 years. The business intelligence and management systems have been instrumental in enabling us to enhance team performance, increase client engagement and reduce business risk, which has ultimately resulted in a more profitable business.
Over the next 6 months, our plan is to partner with a small number of like-minded, innovative firms, so we can apply the “spit and polish” required for a full release to the broader market in mid 2017.
